Round Robin Photo Challenge -- Hometown Holiday Decorations

Today I am participating in the Round Robin Photo Challenge for the first time in a long time, thanks to this new blog! The theme this time is Hometown Holiday Decorations, which took me on a hunt one sunny winter day about 10 days ago for decorations. My hometown didn't have any. Bummer, no? But the nearby town of Wilsonville, especially around the Petsmart store, had some nice ones up. Here are my favorite two:

Head on over to The Round Robin Photo Challenge site to get links to the other participants in this meme. It's lots of fun to see what the others have done!

Hi Suzanne :)

Welcome Back! I am so pleased you could join us again. :) I have been a little disappointed in the lack of holiday decorations this year, not all of the towns in the Bay Area are putting up much in the way of decorations. BAD ECONOMY! Jeepers. But I have seen some banners here and there. I like these. No words to gum things up with the super-sensitive. Just nice pictures that everyone can take as they want. :) GOOD VERY GOOD idea. :) God job!

Always, Carly

Bold banners against a beautiful soft sky. These pictures convey a simple message that says so much :)

Hi, Suanne! Welcome back to the Robins! I like these two banners a lot - bright, clean designed, and very well photographed. It's cool to see how much holiday decorations vary in different parts of the country / the world. And good for you for bringing back the goods from a neighboring town!
